Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to physical products purchased directly from The Firefighter Guide website.

Physical books

Paperback orders are shipped from our physical inventory. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an address error, contact info@firefighterguide.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

If a package arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, contact info@firefighterguide.com.

Digital products

Digital editions are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Resume Review

Resume Review is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped. After purchase, email your resume to info@firefighterguide.com. Completed reviews are returned by email within 3 to 5 days.

Kindle purchases

The Kindle edition is sold separately through Amazon and is subject to Amazon's ordering, delivery, and customer-service policies.
